Matthew Lee

Executive Director

Matthew Lee serves as the Executive Director of the Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District (CID), located in Tucker, Georgia. Since joining the CID in 2017, he has led efforts to strengthen transportation infrastructure, enhance public safety, and attract community-oriented investment throughout the district. His leadership has positioned the CID as a trusted partner with city, county, and state agencies—advancing projects that improve mobility, aesthetics, and long-term economic vitality.

Prior to his work with the CID, Matthew built a career in the healthcare technology and nonprofit sectors, serving with organizations such as Agilent Technologies, Carestream Dental, and the American Cancer Society.

He was part of the leadership team that helped guide the successful incorporation of the City of Tucker in 2016, has served as president of the Tucker Historical Society, and currently chairs the board of directors for Tucker Trails, formerly Friends of Tucker Path—a nonprofit advancing trail development throughout the city.

Matthew is a graduate of Leadership DeKalb (Class of 2020) and the Atlanta Regional Leadership Institute (Class of 2024). An eighth-generation Georgian, he is committed not only to the success of Tucker and DeKalb County, but to the prosperity of communities across the state.
